I had a really good experience at auto expo. I bought a car and the guy worked with his name was Josh. He was very helpful. He was answered all of my questions he worked with me. Buying a car is not at all an easy process when it's a used car. One thing that always goes behind, is the car is in right condition, have we received all information correctly from the previous owner. Will there be a huge expense after we purchase the car. I must say for my family I was looking for a minivan, I reached out to few direct owners as my first car was from direct owner and had no prior experience working with dealer. After several visits to individual owners which was somehow not motivating me to close a deal, I landed up in Auto Expo USA. I must say the first impression I got was all information correctly shared, nothing hidden nothing manipulated. Second, I must say that day we visited just to see the car and was in no prior mind to close the deal unless we find something waooh. Believe me a test drive, 30mins discussion and they offered a wonderful deal which I couldn't push to the next day. We finalized the deal then and there. I must say the business relationship didn't end there. I requested to get me the title on our special anniversary day. Guess what it was 2pm I got a call and first thing I heard was Happy anniversary from Josh made our day more special when he said Title is done. We are about 35miles away from them. I whole heartedly thanks Josh that he made sure I need not to travel rather he sent the title copy over mail. There are many out there in same business but one who does that with little more care and professionalism is called Auto Expo USA. Highly recommended for someone who is looking for a used car. Looking forward for more business with them again in future.
